2.1 O website Instalaçores' website is for informational and institutional purposes, intended to publicise the installation services provided by the company, namely in the fields of electrical installations, energy, telecommunications, energy efficiency and maintenance, and other specialities.

27 Any dispute shall be resolved by the Court of the District of the Azores – Ponta Delgada, with the express exclusion of any other court, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.
28 Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous paragraph, if the User is a consumer, they have the right to refer the matter to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities, a list of which is available at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
